Before opening a ticket

  1. Check the Troubleshooting page.
  2. Grep storage/logs/laravel.log for the timestamp of the issue.
  3. Note your environment: PHP version, web server, database version, KodMail version (see Admin → Settings → System).
  4. Reproduce the issue + capture exact steps.
