KodMail is BYO-key. Pick whichever provider you prefer:
- OpenAI — GPT-4o-mini default. Reliable, fast.
- Anthropic — Claude Haiku default. Best for long context.
- DeepSeek — DeepSeek Chat default. Lowest cost.

Before opening a ticket
- Check the Troubleshooting page.
- Grep
storage/logs/laravel.logfor the timestamp of the issue. - Note your environment: PHP version, web server, database version, KodMail version (see Admin → Settings → System).
- Reproduce the issue + capture exact steps.
Submitting a support ticket
Open a ticket via the CodeCanyon item page → Support tab. Include:
- KodMail version + PHP version + DB version.
- Exact error message (copy from log, don't paraphrase).
- Reproduction steps.
- Screenshot of the affected page if UI-related.
